Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What are my rights as a customer for refunds, cancellations, or deposits?
A. DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice (certified mail to an address given by Owner) will be billed the total contract amount. By signing the contract provided to you at time of rental, and entering your information in the appropriate fields, you are authorizing Awesome Adventures Limo Service to charge for any damages or fees associated with non-compliance of items outlined in the contract. Many of these terms are outlined below, but may change without notice.
Q. Who is allowed to drink alcoholic breverages in the limousine?
A. No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation may result in early termination and non-refund.
Q. Is smoking permitted in the limousine?
A. There is a strict no smoking policy inside the limousine. A $100.00 charge per incident may be assessed.
Q. Are there fees associated with clean-up of humane waste or vomit?
A. A cleaning fee for the limousine will be assed at $250 - $400 per incident.
Q. Does the limousine service include toll or parking charges?
A. No. All tolls and parking are not included in the rental fees. Fees will be assessed at the end of the night or on your invoice if toll or parking fees are required.
Q. What if a glass is broken inside the limousine, or one goes missing?
A. Broken or missing glassware are subject to a $20.00 per glass fee.
Q. What if my party becomes unruly or becomes an out of control situation?
A. All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver. No refunds are given at this time.
Q. What if something becomes lost, damaged, or stolen by the passengers property?
A. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
Q. What is Awesome Adventure's Limo Service policy on illegal drugs?
A. No illegal drug use of any kind inside the limousine. No exceptions.
Q. What if I require time for the limousine over the time I have alloted?
A. The customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and to pay for any overtime charges necessary. Five minutes over time alloted will begin to be billed on a half hour basis.
Q. What if the limousine has major mechanical issues?
A. A replacement limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issue, or for reasons beyond our control. If a replacement is not available you will taken to a place within fifteen miles by cab as a group for free. A refund of the balance of the time will be mailed to you. If we are unable to supply you a limousine prior to pick-up, you will be refunded 100% of your balance.
Q. Does Awesome Adventures Limo Service provide CD's, DVD's, VHS tapes, or otherwise?
A. No. All entertainment items listed above are to be provided by the client.
Q. What is your noise level policy?
A. The chauffereur may ask guests to lower the audio volume or excessive noise by guests. We want to keep you safe, as well as our drivers. Failure to comply may cause the service to terminate without refund.
Q. What is your damage claim policy?
A. The person signing the contract will be responsible for all guest damages. Damages will be charged at 125% of repair cost to the limousine. The contract signer is responsible for inspection of the vehicle prior to departure to determine any previous damages. No shoes are allowed on the upholstery or bar areas. Gum, food, or drink spills will be billed a cleaning fee.
Q. What is your policy on seating?
A. Proper seating is essential at all times while in motion. Seat belts are provided for your safety, however Awesome Adventure Limo Service is not responsible for injuries to guests who are not seated during transit.
